Trimester 2 Work and Tests: Went home today in large manila envelopes.
Class Picture: is scheduled for 2:05 tomorrow (Tuesday, March 19). Picture
envelopes were in last week’s Friday Folder and attached to this week’s email
for your convenience.
Save the date: Potlatch Ceremony on Wednesday,
3/27 at 2 pm in the MPR. Please see the attached invitation which will
also be sent home this afternoon. (Parents
invited … we need a kind and forgiving audience. Please join us!) Be on the lookout for an email soliciting
volunteers and food/juice donations.

the Front Office:
Bus passes are only written for daycare purposes. If your students are
having a play date, parents need to come and pick them up after school.
Transportation has let us know that the busses are too full to accommodate
extra kids.
Newbery Project: Students should finish reading their books by March
26th. The finished project is due on April 2nd. For
examples and information, see the Newbery page on the class website.
Coming up this Week:
We’re finishing math
Topic 16 (Measurement), continuing our NW Coast Storypath, practicing for the
MSP, reading about Wild Fires, starting a Readers’ Theater piece, and writing
about weekend activities!
